The hotel is wonderful and fairly clean. The rooms are a nice size and newly renovated. Facilities are good. There's a shuttle to-and-from the airport. The location is perfect and nice, close to good restaurants and Hartford.

i liked to size of the room.The pool and courtyard and having a dryer on site (though it cost 2.00)it was nice to dry shorts.

2.00 to start dryer the price of a small bottle of wine and a beer cost 25.00.I understand that its not a convienent store but it could have been a little more reasonable.

The staff was efficient, showed us a nice pool onsite. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. Our room was recently refurbished and comfortable quiet with drinks as well as comfortable king bed.

The location here is really great, located on Day Hill Ave. It's super convenient being right next to the interstate and there are plenty of nearby options to grab a bite to eat 🍔.

Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, employees are attentive, and location is convenient close to local attractions. A nice size and recently refurbished rooms complete with drinks and charging devices, as example. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle to-and-from the airport. Plus, you can use the a parking lot. We would like to stay longer as it met standard.

The room had a tub. It included a microwave oven, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel's location is very convenient, being next to the airport and close to interstate access, local stores, car rentals, and the BDL airport.

The location is great, close to many local attractions and the airport. The Bistro offers a good selection of Tazo teas, a nice touch for tea lovers. The staff at the front desk and food counter are very courteous and friendly, providing excellent service.

The room lacked a mirror and the space was too small, making it inconvenient to get dressed while someone was at the sink.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at a centrally located hotel. The clean and comfortable rooms were a highlight, along with the friendly staff who provided terrific customer service. The Bistro served a delicious breakfast, and the lobby's complimentary cookies, popcorn, and lemonade were a nice touch after a long drive. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to food shopping and West Hartford made it convenient for exploring the area.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was underwhelming, with a limited menu.

Wonderful base for 1 night in Windsor

Excellent location for exploring Windsor with a shuttle to-and-from the airport. Newly renovated room with comfortable king bed and drinks. Friendly staff. Especially helpful staff working throughout the venue
